Seehaus am Schilf: a weekend house in rhythm with the landscape
On the shore of a lake, a weekend house was built that brings its surroundings into everyday life. The large glass facade opens the living and dining area to the water, and the gabled roof with exposed timber beams gives the room its calm, generous form.
Above the dining table, ELOA’s PLANETOIDE Constellation floats as if in space. Each mouth-blown glass piece hangs at its own height and glows in its own shade of amber, smoke, or dusty rose. Together they form a delicate constellation that changes with the daylight over the lake. Against the quiet palette of oak, dark wood, and linen, the lights become the room’s soft focal point.
