ART WEEK BERLIN – Soft Power
ELOA participated in Soft Power, a special project during Berlin Art Week. Many thanks to Anahita Sadighi for the invitation and curatorial work, creating a unique dialogue between art, light, and sound.
As part of the project, ELOA’s mouth-blown PLEIADES objects were presented. Inspired by the star constellation of the seven dancing sisters, these floating glass objects open a portal that invites interaction with the universe. The amorphous glass forms refract light in the room, creating brilliant color gradients and reflections on the walls as well as within the moving objects.
The PLEIADES objects can be experienced not only visually but also acoustically: their shell-like shapes generate specific frequencies, which can be heard differently depending on their position in the space.
The installation was displayed at the Haus der Visionäre in Berlin, a space whose architecture and atmosphere perfectly highlighted the interplay of light, glass, and sound.
